Once I have received your envelope containing the real tooth and your details slip It will be married up with your PayPal payment invoice.
The tooth and details will then be filed securely to ensure its safety.
To ensure your tooth can not get confused or mixed up with any others I follow a stringent process of casting and finishing one tooth at a time.
I hope to have your item made and in the post within 7 days, however this may take longer depending on the current demand at the time.
Your sterling silver tooth casting will be attached to your chosen carrier design and fastened into a gift box along with the original real tooth. This will be secured in a small plastic bag and attached inside the lid of the same gift box.
Your item will be posted via Royal mail 1st class signed for to ensure it can be tracked.
Every effort will be made from start to finish to ensure the safety of your real tooth and parcel while under my control. I will not be held responsible if for any reason the items are lost or damaged during the receiving or delivering stages As this is unfortunately out of my control.
